Most-blocked sites

Tracked adult sites ranked by how many jurisdictions confirm-block them — OONI’s own “confirmed” network-blocking category, one country can confirm independently of another. 20 published sites carry a confirmed OONI block in at least one place. We also show a second, independent signal: how many places our own probes measured the site serving an age-verification wall or an explicit withdrawal notice (application-level, includes US states OONI can’t see).

Sources: the OONI aggregation API (network-level, refreshed daily) and Adult Web Census active probes (application-level, refreshed weekly). Absence of a signal is not proof access is open — OONI coverage depends on where volunteers run probes, and our probes cover a limited set of locations. See availability by jurisdiction for the reverse view.
