What changed

The census is not a snapshot — it grows and re-measures continuously. New sites are discovered by crawling the links between known adult sites and admitted only after structural verification; content scale and policy documents are re-read on a schedule and recorded only when they change. This is the log.

Newly verified sites

Highest-confidence discoveries first. Each cleared the ≥2-signal gate (RTA label, 2257 notice, adult ad network or biller, AV vendor, or adult TLD). Profiled sites are linked; the rest are verified into the census and awaiting a full profile.

Content & policy changes

Measured changes since the previous reading — advertised content counts and edits to published terms, DMCA, or 2257 policies. This section fills in as the census re-scans over the coming days and weeks.
