Independent measurements of whether each site is network-blocked in a country.

How it’s collected

Aggregated from the Open Observatory of Network Interference (OONI) measurement API, counting confirmed and anomalous results per site per country over a rolling window.

Known limits

• An “anomaly” is a possible block, not a confirmed one; the two are counted separately.
• Coverage depends on where OONI volunteers run probes.
