What each site actually serves — normal content, an age-verification wall, or a block/withdrawal notice — when fetched from a given US state or country.

How it’s collected

Each site is fetched from multiple exit IPs per location (datacenter, residential, and a real stealth browser) and the response is classified structurally: a named age-verification vendor, an explicit withdrawal notice, an HTTP 451, a bot challenge, or normal content.

Known limits

• A datacenter IP being challenged is NOT evidence of geo-blocking — many sites refuse datacenter IPs everywhere. Only an affirmative wall, notice, or HTTP 451 is reported.
• “Not measurable” (the site refused our IP from every location) is never reported as “blocked”.
• Detection is structural, not a legal determination of what a site is required to do.
