The dated record of when each site first started age-walling or withdrawing from each jurisdiction.

How it’s collected

After every availability sweep, a snapshot-on-change writer appends a new row only when a site’s verdict for a jurisdiction actually changes — building a history that cannot be reconstructed after the fact.

Known limits

• “Baseline” marks a verdict already in place when tracking began — the true onset may be earlier.
• “Observed” marks a transition we actually watched happen.
• History only accrues going forward; it cannot be back-filled for weeks before tracking started.
