Requires operators of sites or apps where one-third or more of the content is material harmful to minors to perform reasonable age verification confirming users are 18+, via digital ID, transactional data, or another method approved by the attorney general. Signed by Governor Reynolds on 1 June 2026; civil penalties up to USD 10,000 per day.
